Yogistan Bangladesh is the best yoga center in Dhaka. It started its journey in 2020 with a mission to make yoga accessible to the common people of Bangladesh. We believe that every human being has the full potential to live a fit, healthy, and happy life and to have spiritual development. We believe spirituality is the realm of that Supreme being to whom all individuals have equal access. It is our job to find a way to be connected with Him and in Yogistan Bangladesh, we try to make this journey easy and effective. We teach and practice Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. We offer our services online and offline settings. One can join us in group sessions, or private sessions. Besides regular yoga practice, we also offer Weight Loss Yoga program, Corporate Yoga, Private Yoga, or Yoga Therapy to local and foreign nationals. MAZHAR is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a registered member of the world’s most renowned association of Yoga Professionals, Yoga Alliance USA, which acknowledges the completion of Yoga Teacher Training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS) in the USA. He has studied under wonderful teachers from various countries such as the USA, UK, and India who generously shared their wisdom and talent. He began deepening his studies in Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Physiology, Yoga Therapy, and additional health and wellness modalities. Mazhar has completed 300 hours of Yoga Instructor Course (YIC-300) from India and 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (RYT-500) from a Registered Yoga School (RYS) in the USA. He is well-trained in Vinyasa Yoga as well as Hatha Yoga.
