This program combines dynamic group yoga classes and powerful pranayama breathing sessions to elevate your fitness journey naturally and sustainably.
Program Highlights:

Yoga Sessions:
Strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and enhance endurance through structured, progressive yoga practices. -
Pranayama / Breathing Exercise Session:
Cultivate deeper lung capacity, calm your mind, and manage stress with traditional pranayama techniques. Techniques may include, Bhastrika, Kapalabhati, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Bhramari, and deep diaphragmatic breathing etc.
Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Morning: 6:00 – 7:00 a.m. (online only)
Evening: 8:15 – 9:15 p.m. (online / offline)
