About this course
This program is designed for those who want to learn yoga from the very beginning. Here you will learn 50+ yoga asanas, pranayama and kriya to practice in daily life. This program also comes with practice sessions as mentioned below:
OFFLINE: It is a 1-day long program from morning to evening. You will get –
– face to face training to learn yoga asana, pranayama and kriya
– live lectures on the human body system, disease and use of yoga for recovery.
